These terms apply to this website and to towing, recovery and roadside work performed by The Show Towing LLC, 8400 NW 33rd St, Doral, FL 33122.
What this website is
This page is an information and request page. Submitting the form or calling us starts a conversation — it is not a booking, and no work is scheduled until we speak with you and confirm it.
Pricing
Prices depend on the vehicle, where it is, where it is going and what the job requires. We give you a price when you call, before the truck is dispatched. If the situation on arrival is materially different from what was described to us — a different vehicle, a different location, a vehicle that cannot roll, or conditions that require additional equipment — the price is re-quoted and you decide before any work starts.
The referral discount of 15% applies to a first tow for a customer referred by an existing customer, must be mentioned when the job is requested, and cannot be combined with other discounts.
Payment
We accept cash, credit card, debit card, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay and Cash App. Payment is due on completion of the service unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Vehicle condition and photographs
When the customer is not present for the route, we photograph the vehicle before it is connected and again on delivery. These photographs are the record of the vehicle's condition at both ends of the trip. They are taken for documentation purposes and may be requested by you at any time.
Pre-existing damage, mechanical faults, and anything left inside the vehicle remain the owner's responsibility. Please remove valuables before the vehicle is transported.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorised by the owner to have it moved.
- You give us accurate information about the vehicle, its location and its condition.
- You do not ask us to remove a vehicle from private property without the authority to do so.
What we do not promise
No warranty and no refund policy is offered. Services are provided as described at the time of the call. Arrival times depend on distance, traffic and the jobs already in progress — any time we give you is an estimate for your specific location, not a guarantee.
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any claim connected with a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost income, missed appointments or rental costs.
No contracts
There is no contract to sign, no membership and no subscription. Each job stands on its own.
Cancellation
Tell us as soon as you can if you no longer need the truck. If we have already been dispatched and are en route or on scene, a call-out charge may apply; we will tell you before charging it.
Website content
The photographs and video on this website are of our own truck and of vehicles we have actually handled. The logo, images and text belong to The Show Towing LLC and may not be reused without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
