What actually goes wrong

Four things that go wrong when you call a tow truck in Miami.

We built the whole operation around these four. In this order.

01
"I called and called. Nobody ever picked up."

The phone is the business.

One number, one man, 24 hours. Pedro answers his own phone at 2 PM and at 2 AM. There is no call center between you and the truck, and no ticket that sits in a queue until someone feels like reading it.

02
"They quoted me $100 and I ended up paying $280."

The price is set before we roll.

You tell us the vehicle, where it is sitting and where it is going. You get the number on the phone, before the truck leaves. Nothing new gets invented when it arrives.

03
"It's 1 AM on the 836 and I've got my kids in the car."

1 AM is a normal shift here.

24/7 is not a line on a website — it is when most of this work happens. Lockouts, dead batteries, empty tanks and accidents on the 836 and the Palmetto. Same number, same driver, same night.

04
"They towed it and now there's damage that wasn't there before."

We photograph your vehicle before and after.

If you are not riding along, we photograph the vehicle before it goes on the hook and again the moment we deliver it. You get a documented condition report on both ends — so a scratch is never anybody's word against anybody's.

What we roll out for

Eleven reasons to call. One number for all of them.

Light-duty to medium-duty, roadside to accident scene. Red means we treat it as an emergency.

Emergency

Accident scene removal

We clear the scene and get your vehicle off the road before it becomes a second problem.

Emergency

Roadside assistance

Broken down on the shoulder? We come to you, wherever you managed to stop.

Emergency

Emergency lockouts

Keys shut inside, engine running or not. We get you back into the car.

Emergency

Truck accident

Commercial vehicle down. We handle the recovery and the clear-out.

Towing & recovery

Wheel-lift with dollies or flatbed. Lowered, exotic or everyday — it goes on the way it should.

Jump starts

Dead battery in a parking garage or your own driveway. Back on in minutes.

Flat tire change

Residential or roadside. We bring the tools to you and swap it on the spot.

Out of fuel

Ran the tank dry on the Palmetto? We bring fuel to wherever you coasted to a stop.

Roadside support transporter

Breakdown mid-route. We load it and move it to wherever it needs to end up.

Truck towing

Medium-duty work trucks, box trucks and cargo vans. Not just cars.

Junk car removal

Dead car taking up your driveway or a parking spot. We haul it off.

The equipment

One truck. Owned, not rented.

The part nobody else does

Photos before. Photos after. Every time you're not there.

A car left at a shop. A driver who already got picked up. An accident where you rode away in an ambulance. When you cannot be with the vehicle, we photograph it before it goes on the hook and again the second we deliver it. That is your condition report, on both ends of the trip.

    Straight answers

    The questions people actually ask.

How fast can you get to me?

It depends on where you are and what time it is — Doral at 2 AM is not the same as Homestead at rush hour. Call and you get a real time for your exact location, not a number read off a script.

How much does a tow cost?

It depends on the vehicle, where it is and where it is going. You get the number on the phone before the truck rolls out. Customers who come in through a referral get 15% off their first tow.

Do you tow lowered and exotic cars?

Yes. Wheel-lift with dollies, or a flatbed when the job calls for it. Most of the vehicles on this page came out of parking garages with low clearance.

Do you work at night, on weekends and on holidays?

24 hours, 7 days a week, holidays included. Nights are when most of this work happens.

What happens if I can't be there with my vehicle?

We photograph the vehicle before it goes on the hook and again when we deliver it, so there is a documented record of its condition at both ends of the trip.

    Do you speak Spanish?

Yes — English and Spanish, on the phone and on the scene.

    How can I pay?

Cash, credit card, debit card, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay and Cash App.
